I am a qualified, BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist based in Hackney Central, East London, with experience counselling people facing a wide range of challenges.
You may be seeking therapy because you are struggling with anxiety, low mood or a feeling of 'stuckness'; because of challenges in your relationships with others; or to gain a better understanding of yourself and your identity. Psychodynamic therapy provides a space to explore the roots of our present difficulties and to understand how we may have become stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking and relating. This can help you to recover a sense of choice and freedom in the way that you move through the world.
I offer a reflective space that is thoughtful, containing and safe. I am non-judgmental and non-directive, and I work affirmatively with gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. My role is to help you uncover the knowledge that you carry, and it is what you bring to the sessions that will guide the focus of our work.
